Shipping size and weight allowance

Priority cargo size allowance per flight depends on aircraft:

  • 737 = maximum weight of 150 kgs
  • Q400 = maximum weight of 75 kgs

Faster drop off and pick up times

Tender time: 2 hours prior to flight departure 

Retrieval time: 90 minutes after flight arrival
