WestJet cargo refund policy

Please note, this quote is valid for 7 days. Final rates may depend on availability of space and changes to the original details. For kennel bookings only, depending on the length of the journey or any unexpected delays in stations, your pet may also require a cleaning fee and/or a comfort stop fee starting at $300 per occurrence.

All reservations are granted on a first come first serve basis as space availability allows. A quote is not a confirmation of secured space but an estimate of potential charges for the details provided. If you would like to proceed with a booking, please call us at 1-866-952-2746 with your quotation number. Our hours of operation are 05:00-22:00 MST daily.

WestJet Cargo Refund Policy, applicable to one time shippers only;

There is a fee of $20.00 to change or cancel a confirmed booking up to 48 hours prior to the scheduled flight time, at which time the full cost of the booking is non-refundable.
